Budget finalised, I'm eyeing a Keya Homes 3BHK in Yelahanka. I'm in Dubai, so site visits are tough. Heard pre-launch deals offer big discounts. Is that 'early-bird' really worth the uncertainty for an NRI, or just pay more later for less hassle? What's the community's experience with actual price differences?
