Pre-launch discounts are a total scam.

2 years ago, I saw pre-launch offers from Emperium Infrastructure in Sector 49. Everyone glorifies pre-launch discounts, but I'm convinced it's just a super area game. Builders inflate initial numbers, then 'discount' to market rates. My experience? Open-market pricing often matches those 'early-bird' savings. Is anyone actually seeing real value from pre-launch anymore? Change my mind.

Hmm, I had a different experience. I booked a 2BHK with Green Valley Developers near Airport Road about 3 years ago during their pre-launch.

Totally agree with the original post! "Pre-launch discount" sounds fancy but often feels like they just bumped up the base price first. I almost fell for one in Badshahpur last year, but then realised the 'discounted' price was exactly what another builder was offering as their regular rate. It's so confusing for first-time buyers.
