Pre-launch discounts are a total scam, fight me

My possession was just 3 months back from Habulus Structures on Bannerughatta Road, and honestly, things nobody told me about hidden costs were wild. Everyone glorifies pre-launch discounts, but nobody talks about how those 'savings' disappear with OC, PLC, and other random charges at the end. Matlab, pre-launch prices are a total scam sometimes, you end up paying for things later that eat up any 'discount'. I thought I got a decent deal, but the final bill? Oof. And negotiation? On new projects, especially with big builders, it's a myth beyond 2-3%. My first-hand experience suggests they don't budge much. Don't expect to knock off lakhs on a 1.2 Cr flat. Maybe on the resale market, but new construction? Not pakka. Is it just me or did you guys also feel this? Change my mind.
