Pre-launch discounts are just a myth

Was supposed to finalize 3BHK in Electronic City Phase II. Scion Projects ka pre-launch price dekha. Open-market prices almost same. Is early-bird just a gimmick? Kids ke school ke liye chahiye, yaar, kya karein?

Totally agree, bhai! Pre-launch is a scam these days. Builders just inflate the original price. Scion Projects toh waise bhi kaafi known hai for this.
