₹85 lakh for a 3BHK in Sector 35 seemed great with Goyal Estate's pre-launch. Two years on, construction stalled. Kids' school is a mess, my wife's worried about safety. That 'discount' feels like a trap. Anyone else faced this with Faridabad pre-launch bookings? What did you do?

Common kya, it's almost the norm for some builders. RERA ke baad thoda control aaya hai, but still, pre-launch is risky. Especially if it's a new builder ya unka track record clear nahi hai.
Haan bhai, common toh hai. Mere ek friend ne bhi aise hi फंसे हैं. Builder ne delivery date 3 baar change kar di. Ab unki EMI aur rent dono chal raha hai. Bahut tension hai.
