Pre-launch discounts are just builder marketing hype – prove me wrong
Been looking for 6 months now and Sohna ki prices have gone crazy. I'm in real estate, but when it's your own money, sab kuch alag lagta hai. My budget is around 1.5 Cr for a 2BHK, maybe in Sector 70A. Dekh raha hoon Goel & Son's ke projects, but pre-launch offers ka scene samajh nahi aa raha. Builders bolte hain it's the best deal, but honestly, open market mein bhi similar rates mil jaate hain after some negotiation. Is pre-launch actually a discount, or just a way to lock funds early? Yaar, sometimes I feel like it's just marketing hype. Kitna real difference hota hai between pre-launch and RERA-registered projects? Should I wait, or jump in for a supposed 'early bird' advantage?
