My lease ends in 4 months and I'm really trying to figure out Ghaziabad real estate. I'm based in Dubai, so site visits mushkil hain. Is pre-launch pricing for Ansal API projects in Morta Village actually a good deal, ya just marketing hype? Also, how can I be sure about super area vs carpet area, especially when buying remotely? Should I focus more on secondary market deals for better negotiation? Any advice on finding a reliable property manager?

Totally agree with you, bhai! Pre-launch discounts are usually just a way to generate hype and lock in early money. Builder baad mein price badha dete hain waise bhi. Morta Village mein Ansal API ka track record dekh lo, delivery mein delays ki bahut stories suni hain. Remote buying toh aur risky hai, especially with such a big investment. Better to be safe than sorry.
