Bhai, 98 lakh for Pisoli? That sounds a bit high for pre-launch, even for a 3BHK. Arun Sheth ka track record mixed hai. My cousin almost booked with them in Akurdi, but backed out due to delays. Hidden charges toh pakka aayenge, just factor in at least 10-15% extra on paper value.
Totally agree with you! Pre-launch is mostly a marketing gimmick. They show a lower base price but then add floor
