Been looking for a 3BHK in Sohna for months now, especially around Golf Course Extension Road. My wife and I almost fell for some pre-launch 'deals' from builders like Emaar and Godrej. Honestly, it feels like a trap. You get these construction-linked payment plans, thinking it's a discount. But if possession gets delayed, which it often does with under-construction, you're stuck paying EMIs for years on a non-existent flat. Better to pay a bit more for ready-to-move, or at least near completion. Is it really worth the risk for a few lakhs?

Sahi pakda hai bhai! Yeh pre-launch offers sirf buyers ko phasane ka tareeka hai. Mere ek colleague ne bhi Godrej ka project dekha tha Sohna mein, promises bade bade the, but ab construction status dekh ke lagta hai 2-3 saal toh minimum delay hoga hi. Usse accha ready-to-move mein thoda zyada de do, at least you know what you are getting into. Mental peace bahut important hai.
