Pre-launch discounts are often a total scam in Mohali.

Pre-launch discounts aren't always real discounts. I saw BPTP Ltd's Sector 7 project's 'pre-launch' rate was actually higher later. What's the best way to verify actual discounts, yaar? I'm in a 2BHK, thinking upgrade.

Totally agree! I've seen this happen so many times, especially with projects around Airport Road. Builders just hike up the 'original' price to show a fake discount later. How can we really know the actual market rate before they launch?
