Pre-launch discounts in Bengaluru are a total scam.

Keya Homes ka pre-launch offer Ngarlur mein pura scam. 2.5 saal ho gaye, project stuck. OC ka pata nahi. Parents bolte hain wait karna tha. Anyone else frustrated with Keya?

Totally agree, bhai! Pre-launch offers sound great on paper, but the reality is often very different. Keya Homes ka toh sunte hi rehte hain. What about the RERA registration? Did they even have one when you booked?

Haan, bilkul. Keya Homes ka Ngarlur project toh disaster hai. Humne bhi book kiya tha Akshayanagar mein ek unka project, same pre-launch offer. Bola tha 3 saal mein possession, ab 5 saal ho gaye. RERA
