Pre-launch discounts in Greater Noida are a total scam, change my mind.

Builders like Skydeck Infrastructure push 'early bird' prices. Is it truly cheaper than ready-to-move in Beta II? Or do construction-linked payment plans just hide future costs? I'm honestly not seeing the real value.

Bhai, mera toh experience bahut kharab raha hai pre-launch ke saath. 2018 mein ek project book kiya tha Alpha I Greater Noida mein, uss time laga tha bahut acchi deal

Totally agree with the post! Builders just lure us with 'early bird' offers but then delay possession and add hidden charges. Beta II mein ready-to-move ka option zyada safe lagta hai, at least you know what you're getting. Pre-launch toh bas stress hai, bhai.
