Okay, I'll be honest — I'm absolutely fed up with renting in Gurgaon. Everyone glorifies pre-launch discounts at places like Sector 37, saying it's cheaper. But is it really? I feel builders just inflate the 'original' price. And don't even get me started on the super area trap vs carpet area for Raj Estate projects. Are we actually getting value or just paying for air? Change my mind.
