Pre-launch offers are a builder's hidden charge trap

Raj Nagar Extension — builder delays are getting ridiculous. Booked a 3BHK with Gaurs 2.5 saal pehle, pre-launch offer thi. Now they're asking for extra PLC charges that weren't in the original agreement. My kids' school admission is dependent on this move, it's so frustrating. My wife is super worried about the delay. ₹80L ka budget tha, ab pata nahi kitna upar jayega. Anyone else faced this with Gaurs or any other builder in Ghaziabad? Kya karein?

OMG, this is so relatable! Builders in Ghaziabad are masters of this game. We also booked a flat in Crossings Republik and the 'pre-launch' turned into a nightmare of hidden costs and delays. PLC toh har builder ka naya dhanda hai. It's like they hook you with a low price and then keep adding charges. So sorry you're going through this, especially with the school admission stress.
