Since January I've been shortlisting flats in Noida Extension, looking to upgrade from my 2BHK in Sector 137 to a 3BHK. Shaurya Housing ka ek pre-launch offer dekha hai Suthiyana mein. They're saying it's a great discount. But I'm seriously wondering, is early-bird pricing actually a real discount, ya bas hype hai? Often, secondary market mein better deals mil jaate hain. Bhai, pre-launch toh bas naam ka discount hota hai. Builder apna capital block karwa leta hai, aur delivery mein delay pakka. Suthiyana mein toh abhi infrastructure bhi develop ho raha hai. Sector 137 se Noida Extension shift karna hi apne aap mein ek big jump hai, bahut research karni padegi. Think twice.
Exactly! Mera bhi same experience raha hai. Pre-launch mein jo rate dikhate hain, woh baad mein regular rates se hardly kuch difference hota hai. Plus, construction quality ka bhi pata nahi chalta
