₹1.5 crore for a 3BHK in Whitefield feels steep, honestly. SDMV Infra ke V. Kallahalli project mein pre-launch offer dekh raha hoon. Builder bol raha hai substantial discount hai, but I'm not convinced it's genuinely cheaper than buying later. Early bird deals mein total cost of acquisition sahi mein kam hota hai kya? Construction-linked payment plan mein funds block hone ka risk hai, but maybe it's smarter for cash flow? Hidden costs ka bhi darr hai possession pe. Any experience with pre-launch offers in Bangalore?
