Budget finalised for an upgrade, but the actual cost calculations are hitting different. My 2BHK in Dwarka is feeling cramped now with the kids growing up, so we're eyeing a 3BHK in areas like Vasant Kunj ya Saket. Chaudhary Realtors ke kuch projects dekhe hain, but pre-launch offers ka scene samajh nahi aa raha. Builders bolte hain early-bird discount milta hai, but is it really worth it? Ya baad mein open market mein bhi similar pricing mil jaati hai? Also, yeh floor-rise premium aur PLC ka kya chakkar hai? Ek friend ne bola ki resale mein deal karna better hota hai, wahan negotiation ka scope zyada milta hai. Kya yeh sach hai Delhi mein? Already have a home loan, so har extra charge matter karta hai. Any experiences with pre-launch bookings vs later purchases, especially in South Delhi?
