Pre-launch plans: Are these charges normal?

Sector 25 — been researching for a 3BHK. Found a trick with pre-launch payment plans: builders often quote base price, then add hidden floor/view charges later. My wife caught Allure Constructions doing this. Always demand the *all-inclusive* rate sheet upfront. Hope this helps.
