Pre-launch prices are a builder's trick

Okay I'll say what no one says — pre-launch discounts are mostly a marketing gimmick. I work in real estate, but buying for myself is different. Everyone talks about getting in early for a 'deal', but honestly, by the time you add all the PLC and hidden charges, is it really cheaper than buying later? I'm looking at Pyramid Infratech in Sector 82A. The so-called 'early bird' price doesn't feel like a steal when you factor in the true total cost. Builders play games with spot discounts too, making it seem like you're getting something special. Change my mind, is there any real advantage to pre-launch for an investor?
