Everyone glorifies pre-launch prices but I think they're a trap. Are we really getting a deal, or just paying for risk? I bet secondary market deals in Sector 35 are better. Change my mind.

Totally agree with the post. My brother booked a pre-launch apartment in Greater Faridabad 4 years ago, still no possession. Builder keeps delaying citing 'approvals' and 'material shortages'. He paid almost 80% of the amount and now the market value has barely moved. Secondary market mein toh better options the, ready to move in, no GST, no tension.
