Pre-launch pricing: Bangalore's biggest scam?

Honestly, I'm fed up with this rent cycle in Bangalore. Sab bolte pre-launch sasta hota, but I think it's often a trap. Keya Homes ya koi bhi builder, kya sach mein early bird discount deta hai? Ya just PLC aur hidden costs se cover ho jaata hai? Change my mind.
