Not proud of this but I almost got duped by a pre-launch scheme last year. Now I'm looking at Elite X in Greater Noida, starting at ₹1.82 Cr. I'm currently in a 2BHK and want to upgrade to a 3BHK for investment. My big worry is the under-construction risk. Will they actually deliver on time? What's the builder's track record like for Elite X specifically? Is the pre-launch pricing benefit even real, or just a trap for capital appreciation? Any insights on their past delivery or hidden charges?
