₹1.5 Cr for a 3BHK in Reliaable Lifestyle Layout from Srivari Estates – I thought I was locking in a great deal with their pre-launch offer. Now, 2 years later, similar units are listed for less, or with better payment terms. I'm currently in a 2BHK and planning to upgrade, but this just feels like a rip-off. Is the 'early bird' really just a marketing gimmick here in Bangalore? Are construction-linked plans even worth the hassle if the builder keeps delaying and the price parity disappears?
