Sohna Road keeps coming up every time I shortlist something. Kids have moved out, so we're looking for a compact 2BHK, maybe around ₹1.5-1.8 Cr. Don't need such a big place anymore. My main worry is the true all-in cost. Builders like Lion Infra quote one price, but fir stamp duty, registration, PLC, parking, OC charges... sab mila ke kitna upar chala jaata hai? Is pre-launch pricing for projects like Lion Infra Green Valley actually a discount, ya sirf hype hai? Has anyone bought on Sohna Road recently? Kya koi surprise costs aaye possession ke time? Trying to plan our budget accurately after selling our old place. Any advice on what to watch out for?

Lion Infra Green Valley ka location no doubt accha hai, but unka delivery track record kuch khas nahi hai. Mere friend ne ek project mein invest kiya tha near Airport Road, 2 saal delay ho gaya. Possession mila kya abhi tak?
Bhai, Lion Infra ka project, Sohna Road pe? Pre-launch toh sab marketing gimmick hai. Bas naam ka discount hota hai, baad mein saare charges add kar ke original se bhi zyada ho jaata hai. Been there, done that.
