Did anyone else notice pre-launch prices from builders like Oasis Buildmart in Sadopur aren't always cheaper? Just got my OC for a 2BHK there; the final all-in cost, with PLC and parking, ended up way higher than initial quotes. My ₹65L estimate became ₹78L. Always demand a full cost sheet upfront. Hope this helps someone.

This is exactly what happened to my cousin in Alpha I Greater Noida with a different builder. They promised a certain rate, and by the time possession came, the final amount was almost 20% higher due to 'development charges' and 'IFMS' that were vaguely mentioned.
