Pre-launch pricing in Pune is a total scam – change my mind
Dhankawadi mein Vypak Properties ka ek project dekh raha tha, 2BHK ke liye. Brochure mein pre-launch price kaafi attractive laga, around 75L. But ab jab negotiations ki baat aayi, lag raha hai sab marketing gimmick tha. They're adding so many 'preferential location charges' and 'development charges' that weren't clearly mentioned initially. Matlab, all-in cost toh 85L cross kar raha hai. My ROI calculation pura bigad gaya hai. Honestly, pre-launch discounts bas naam ke hain kya? Builders aise hidden charges end mein kyun daalte hain? I thought I was getting a good deal, but ab lag raha hai they just bait you in. Total cost of acquisition pehle se clear kyun nahi hota? Anyone else faced this with Vypak or other builders in Pune? How do you deal with these last-minute add-ons? Should I just walk away ya negotiate hard on these 'hidden' costs?
