Visited Divyansh Infraheight in Sector 149 last month. They promised a 3BHK at ₹85L pre-launch, but now hidden PLC and maintenance charges add ₹5L. Even working in real estate, I feel blindsided. Is this 'early bird discount' always a trap? Did others face this with Divyansh or other Noida Ext builders?
