Pre-launch pricing is a total scam, change my mind.

Did anyone else get burned by pre-launch pricing at Godrej Properties, Sector 82? I bought a 3BHK in March, thought I got a deal, but with all the PLC and hidden charges, it feels like a total trap. Should've waited for ready-to-move, honestly.

Totally agree with you, bhai! Godrej in Sector 82 has been a nightmare for many. My friend also booked there last year, and the hidden charges for EDC/IDC and club membership just kept piling up. It felt like they bait you with a low base price and then add everything later. Ab toh regret
