Pre-launch pricing is often a mirage

Baiyappanahalli Metro corridor keeps coming up every time I shortlist something. I'm looking at Keya Homes there, they have a pre-launch project. From my experience, not sure if pre-launch pricing is actually a real discount anymore or just marketing hype. With the construction-linked payment plans, it feels like the true cost gets inflated. Is it smarter to pay more upfront for a better deal, or stick to CLPP for liquidity? My last purchase ROI wasn't great.

Totally agree! Pre-launch sounds good but the hidden costs and delays make it useless. Keya Homes ka track record kaisa hai?

Keya Homes? I heard mixed reviews. They delivered one project on time in Marathahalli, but another one near Krishnarajapuram got stuck for ages. RERA status check karna padega, U1.
