Did a site visit to SNN Properties in Hoskote last Saturday. Yaar, fed up of renting now, my landlord just hiked rent again. They were quoting pre-launch prices for a 2BHK. Not sure if that's actually a good deal ya just marketing stunt. Kitna negotiation is possible on the quoted price in Bengaluru? Aur hidden charges ka kya scene hai at possession time, beyond the usual stamp duty? Any experiences with SNN's final costs?

Hidden charges, oh boy! Beyond stamp duty and registration, expect GST
Totally feel you on the rent hike, bhai! It's a never-ending cycle. SNN Hoskote... I heard mixed reviews for their other projects. Pre-launch seems attractive but the uncertainty is real, especially with possession timelines. My friend got burned by another builder in Agrahara Layout with a similar pre-launch offer.
Pre-launch is almost always a trap for first-time buyers. They show you fancy brochures, promise the moon, and then delays start. Be very careful, especially with smaller builders.
