₹6500/sqft for pre-launch in Noida Extension? Okay, I'll say it: pre-launch pricing is a total trap for investors. You don't actually save much. Change my mind.

Nah yaar, depends on the builder and location. My friend booked in Alpha I Greater Noida pre-launch and got possession on time, ab uska value double ho gaya hai almost. Kaunsa builder hai ye ₹6500/sqft wala?

Totally agree! Noida Extension mein itna rate pre-launch ke liye toh bahut zyada hai. Builder bas hype create karte hain.
