Not to mention the construction-linked plan felt like I was funding their project, not getting a better deal. Totally agree! My experience with a project near Aavalahalli was similar. Pre-launch was just a way to lock funds early, nothing more. No real benefit in the end.
Exactly! And the 'limited period offer' pressure is real. They make you feel like you'll miss out if you don't book immediately. But then the prices don't even go up that much post-launch. It's all psychological.
