Pre-launch promises just didn't add up
Okay I'll be honest — I completely underestimated how much builders spin even when you think you know the game. I work in real estate, but buying my own 3BHK near Pataudi Road... it's different. NKV Groups showed me a pre-launch deal, seemed great initially, around ₹1.8 Cr. But then I looked at their super area vs carpet area numbers. Honestly, it felt like a trap. The carpet area percentage was so low compared to what they promised. They push construction-linked plans hard, saying it's less risk, but I'm wondering if pre-launch pricing is actually a discount, or just a way to get early money without full transparency. Should I have waited for an open-market launch? Did anyone else feel like the early-bird pricing wasn't truly a benefit, especially with these super area games?
