Totally agree with the title! ₹1.8 Cr for Sohna? Bhai, that's way too much for a pre-launch. Pre-launch ka matlab hota hai discount, not premium. Builder bas hype create karte hain aur phir delay karte rehte hain.
Sahi pakde ho U1! Pre-launch mein toh risk bhi zyada hota hai. Mera friend Airport Road pe ek project mein phasa hua hai, 5 saal se possession nahi mila. Abhi tak EMI bhi ja rahi hai aur rent bhi
