Not proud of this but I almost got duped by a pre-launch scheme. Builders like M3M or Emaar ke pre-launch offers kaafi attractive lagte hain, especially for first-time buyers like me. Is that 'early bird discount' really worth the risk? Kya usmein hidden costs ya delays hote hain? Community ka experience kya hai with these?

Totally agree, pre-launch offers are so tempting. I almost fell for one near Airport Road last year. But then friends warned me about hidden charges and endless delays. Is it ever worth it for a first-time buyer?
