Pre-launch deals in Bangalore seem too good to be true, honestly. I'm based in Dubai and looking at SV Constructions near Thanisandra for a 2BHK. They're pushing pre-launch offers with construction-linked plans. Is early-bird pricing actually a discount, ya fir bas marketing hype? Aur construction-linked payment plans smarter hain compared to down payment for an investor? Not sure if I should wait for RERA approval or jump in now. Kya risk hai?

Pre-launch offers are super risky, honestly. Especially for builders jinka track record utna strong nahi hai. SV Constructions ka bhi Thanisandra side, maine suna hai, kuch projects mein delays hue hain. RERA approval is absolutely essential, bhai. Warna possession dates aur quality dono ka problem hota hai aur fir aap phas jaate ho.
Sahi keh rahe ho. Mera friend ka paisa phas gaya tha aise hi ek pre-launch mein. But sometimes pre-launch prices are genuinely lower, right? Ya phir bas sabko
