Prem Nagar keeps coming up every time I shortlist something. I'm a first-time buyer, honestly not sure what I'm doing. Visited a Global Horizon Holdings project there last weekend. Builder ka sales team toh sab acha hi batata hai, but I'm worried about things they don't mention. I checked the flat, amenities, but then my friend asked, 'did you check water pressure? Network signal? Builder ka track record with OC?' I had no idea about half these things. What else should I be looking for during a site visit, beyond just the show flat? Is there a checklist for Gurugram specific issues? Like, noise levels from nearby construction or future development plans? Any hidden costs I should specifically ask about during the site visit itself? Parents bolte hain 'sab check karlo', par kya check karein, woh nahi batate.

Totally relate yaar! Prem Nagar mein Global Horizon ka project maine bhi dekha tha. Sales team ne toh bas sab golden future dikhaya. Network signal toh maine socha hi nahi tha check karne ka. Meri toh haalat kharab ho rahi hai soch soch ke kitna kuch miss ho sakta hai.
