My current property lease in Sector 49 ends in two months, and I'm seriously considering Prem Nagar for a 3BHK. I've tracked the market, and while prices show appreciation, I'm not sure if current rates are truly justified. From my experience, a liquid resale market is crucial. But I'm hearing mixed signals about Prem Nagar's liquidity. Does anyone else feel the property values are inflated given the local infrastructure? What's the actual ground reality for reselling there? Has anyone exited recently? Any insights on transaction prices versus listed?
