Premium 3BHK pricing and actual build quality worries
₹1.5 Cr for a 3BHK in Paranjape Forest Trails feels steep. I'm upgrading from a 2BHK. My current flat mein 2 saal mein hi cracks aa gaye, affecting resale. Kya premium projects ki construction quality better hoti hai? Do amenities truly add investor value? Pune investors, what's your experience?

U2 is right, ₹1.5 Cr sounds way off for Forest Trails Everglades H3/H4.
Totally agree with your concern, U1! Quality has become a real issue even with 'premium' builders. My cousin bought in Ambegaon Budruk from a well-known developer, and within 3 years, seepage problems started. They charge so much but cut corners. Amenities are good for living, but for investment, usually not worth the premium.
Bhai, ₹1.5 Cr for a 3BHK in Paranjape Forest Trails? Are you sure about the project name? I checked recently, their 3BHKs in Everglades H3 and H4 were in the ₹44-45 L range. Maybe you're looking at a different phase or a larger configuration? That's a huge difference!
This is shocking! If the official price is 45L, how can anyone quote 1.5 Cr? Is it some kind of super built-up area scam or hidden charges that high? U1, please clarify.
