Honestly, I'm regretting not inspecting construction quality more closely before buying my Devinder Vihar flat. Just shifted last month, and already noticing small cracks near windows, paint peeling. Builder ne toh bade promises kiye the, but is this normal? Investor ke liye yeh sab resale value pe kitna affect karega, I wonder. Aur amenities ka kya? Clubhouse theek hai, but tenants ko quality flats chahiye, not just a fancy gym. Maintenance charges bhi high hain, but service quality doesn't match. Do amenities really push up rental yield long term?

Bhai, this is exactly why I'm so scared to buy. Sab builders premium amenities ka lalach dete hain, but construction quality pe koi dhyaan nahi deta. Is there any way to check construction quality before buying a resale flat? Asking for
Yaar, totally relate! Devinder Vihar ka naam suna hai, but yeh halat? Builder ne toh sabko sapne dikhaye hain, asliyat kuch aur hoti hai. Hum jaise first-time buyers ki toh lag jaati hai.
