Since January, I've been eyeing properties in Noida Extension for investment. Everyone glorifies the fancy clubhouses and green areas in brochures, but are they *actually* useful for attracting good tenants or boosting resale? I'm looking at places like Nimi Symbolic Homes. The clubhouses look great on paper, but after a year, do people even use them? Or do they just become high-maintenance ghost facilities? My main concern is ROI. Does a grand clubhouse really justify higher maintenance charges and a premium price? I honestly don't see many tenants caring that much beyond basic amenities. Change my mind. Is there real data showing these amenities actually drive better returns in Noida Extension?

Totally agree with the post! This is exactly my dilemma. Builders show these amazing clubhouses and pools, but phir maintenance bill aata hai toh hosh ud jaate hain. My biggest fear is paying for facilities I or my future tenants won't even use much. Nimi Symbolic Homes ki pics toh achhi lagti hain, but kya woh long-term value add karti hain?
Haan bhai, same experience. Maintenance bill dekh ke darr lagta hai. Budget bigad jaata hai.
