Okay, I'll say what no one says: fancy amenities in Delhi projects are mostly fluff for investors. I'm finally taking the plunge after years of renting and seeing my landlord raise rent again. Everyone glorifies clubhouses and landscaped gardens, but nobody talks about the actual utility for a tenant or its impact on resale. Take Jay Hind Apartment, for instance. Does their promised 24/7 power backup actually mean *full flat* backup, or just common areas? And what about water supply? Is it reliable, or will tenants constantly complain about tanker dependency? These are basic utilities, not just 'amenities'. Premium EMIs for features that barely get used or are poorly maintained don't seem like smart ROI. Change my mind.
