Okay I'll be honest — investing in Pune from Dubai is tough. I'm looking at Gokhale Tejalkunj No 2. Their amenities list seems impressive, but do these fancy clubhouses really add to resale value or attract good tenants? Or is it mostly just higher maintenance for an investor like me? Can't visit myself, so need ground reality checks. Kya faayda agar nobody uses them?
