Visited Aishwaryam Anand last week. Construction felt decent, but what about actual post-possession quality? My 2BHK in Wakad has amenities, but don't see much ROI. Are these premium clubhouses in 3BHKs truly attracting better tenants or resale value? Or just adding to the EMI?

Totally agree with you! I’ve been looking at 3BHKs in the ₹40-45 L range and the amenities list is always a mile long. But jab actual possession ki baat aati hai, ya toh maintenance sky-high ho jaati hai ya phir half of them are never even functional. My friend bought in Ambegaon Budruk last year, got a 'premium' gym and clubhouse, but it's always empty and now the society is struggling to cover the costs. It just feels like a gimmick to justify higher prices, especially for first-time buyers like us who are already stretching our budgets. Aishwaryam
