Why do brochures for 2BHKs in the Premium Builders corridor always mislead? My budget's around 1.2 Cr, but actual costs for projects there jump significantly with hidden PLCs. I'm currently in a 2BHK in Sector 62, thinking of upgrading. Is that price jump for these projects actually worth it? Or do all builders pull this?

Totally relate! My budget is also similar, around 1.1 Cr, and every time I see a 'starting from' price, the final quote is like 20-30% higher after all the floor rise, car parking, and yes, PLC. It's so frustrating for first-time buyers like us. Makes you wonder if it's even worth looking at premium projects.
