Premium Builders 2BHKs are a total rip-off

Okay I'll say what no one says – Premium Builders corridor par 2BHK projects are seriously overpriced. I'm upgrading from my 2BHK in Sector 49, looking at 3BHKs, but the 2BHK options around ₹80L-1.5Cr feel like a rip-off. Is this just hype? Kaun se projects wahan worth it hain, ya sirf naam ka premium hai? Change my mind.
