Premium builders are just overpriced for the same problems

My wife's priority is getting us into a 3BHK in Noida before kids' school admissions next year. We're looking around Sector 150 or 107, budget around ₹1.8Cr. Okay, I'll say what no one says: I don't get the hype around builders like ATS or Godrej for 'premium' quality and delivery. People pay so much more, but then I hear about the same construction niggles or delivery delays as with Gaursons or Mahagun projects. Are we just paying for brand name? My concern is actual build quality post-possession – plaster cracks, seepage, that kind of stuff. And what about customer support after booking? Are they responsive, or do you just get ghosted? I need honest experiences, not brochures. Disagree? Tell me why.
