Not sure if this is a dumb question, but I'm upgrading to a 3BHK in Bengaluru. Looking at Prestige, Sobha, Brigade on Sarjapur Road. Is their construction quality and on-time delivery *really* worth the premium? Resale value mein kaun better hai?

See, it's not just about the brick and mortar. These top builders give you a certain lifestyle, better security, and usually superior common areas. My uncle sold his flat in a Sobha project in Agrahara Layout recently, and he got a fantastic return even during this slightly slow market. The branding does play a role in liquidity and attracting serious buyers later, so resale value generally holds up better for them.
Totally agree with your concern. I'm also looking for a 3BHK and the price difference is huge. I visited a Brigade project in Adigara Kallahalli, and it was beautiful no doubt, but the budget just shoots up. Wondering if the resale market actually values that premium, or if it's just hype.
