Premium Builders prices: My shock and dilemma
My son's school admission is next year and we really need to finalize a 3BHK soon in Gurgaon. My wife's main priority is a good school nearby and a safe neighborhood for the kids, so we've been looking a lot in the Premium Builders corridor. Last year, I remember some decent 3BHKs in Sectors like 65-66 were around ₹2.5 Cr, now they're touching ₹3.2-3.5 Cr easily. Matlab, prices toh crazy badhe hain in just a year or so. Honestly, I'm not sure if this is the right time to buy. Is it even worth buying right now, or should we wait a bit, hoping for some correction? Some agents bol rahe hain ki prices will only go up from here, given the new projects and infra. But I'm skeptical. Kya ROI mil raha hai if we buy now? Anyone else tracking prices in this area?

Yaar, totally feeling this! My wife and I are in the exact same boat for a 3BHK in Gurgaon, aiming for Sector 65/66 too because of the schools. Last year, we saw some good options around 2.4 Cr, now everything is pushing 3.2-3.5 Cr. It's like, did we miss the bus completely? Agents are just pushing for 'buy now or miss out'. Bohut zyada pressure hai.
