Premium Homes' 'all-inclusive' pricing is a total scam.

Premium Homes – I'm seriously fed up with the pricing games here. I work in real estate myself, so I thought I could see through the usual builder tactics, but buying for my own 2BHK in the ₹80L-1.5Cr range is a different ball game. Every project quotes one price, then adds PLC, IFMS, club, parking, even power backup charges that inflate the final cost by 15-20% easily. It's like a bait-and-switch. I'm looking at options, but this hidden cost nonsense is universal it seems. Are there ANY projects in Premium Homes that are genuinely transparent with their 2BHK pricing? Or am I just looking in the wrong places? Any off-the-record advice on which builders are less shady? This is getting frustrating.
